The Independent, yes an original title I'm sure. But don't mistake this blog for yet another political rant against a broken system. Yes, there will be plenty of that, but there will be much more as well.
You see being independent is so much more than a political ideology, it's a way of life. It's the idea of challenging the status quo, not listening to what anyone says just because they said it. It's taking your experience and applying it in an active way to at the very least allow people to stop and think a minute. Critical thinking certainly seems like something in short supply these days, so maybe it's time for those of us that have been on the sidelines, in the background dutifully doing our jobs and getting things done to step out from behind our desks and share what we know to be true.
I'll be offering my take on all kinds of topics that float around these days, Politics, Technology, The Human Condition... you name it!
Now of course not everyone will agree with what I write about, and that's the beauty of this medium, I get to choose what constitutes meaningful debate.
Personal attacks and hate mongering will not be tolerated and all comments will be moderated.
